Arielle Natale’s connection to the Roaring Fork Valley began nearly two decades ago, when her family first moved to the area. Originally from New England, Arielle built a career in hospitality management and operations that took her across the globe, living and working in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Italy, and the Caribbean. These international experiences instilled in her a sophisticated, service-first mindset, and a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Following her time abroad, Arielle transitioned into real estate as a licensed professional in the New York market, before returning to the Valley to plant permanent roots. Now established in the Aspen real estate community, she provides essential support to Tracy, Bubba, and Eric, ensuring their clients receive the high-touch, seamless experience the team is known for. Arielle keeps the team running smoothly behind the scenes, bringing calm coordination and a sharp eye for detail to every step of the process.

Outside of the office, Arielle can be found staying active in the mountains, playing the piano, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or dreaming up her next adventure.
